Concorde Inc
- Our contractor for all medical, optical and potential follow-up examinations is Concorde, Inc.
- Concorde has a vast network of Initial Medical Examination (IME) providers for your IME.
- Your IME consists of BOTH your medical and optometric examinations.
- Concorde also secures specialized providers should DoDMERB determine that we need Additional Medical Information (AMI) to finalize your DoDMERB status.
Speaking in General Terms
- The military agency you applied to will download YOUR FILE to us at DoDMERB.
- We, DoDMERB, will then download your name to Concorde Inc.

Concorde Inc. will mail you a package. In this package it will explain:
- That you should fill out your medical history on their website, https://www.dodmets.com/
- Where you must call to make the IME (medical and optical) appointments.
- The location of the medical and optical examination providers who will complete your IME.
- Concorde will collect your optometric and medical examinations, QC them, and forward them to us.
- ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE your IME will you be able to log into this website as an applicant.
